Article Processing Charges (APC)

Thank you for considering Biology and Biotechnology Communications for the publication of your research. To maintain the high standards of our journal and support a sustainable, fully open access publishing model, we apply an Article Processing Charge (APC). This fee directly funds essential services, including rigorous peer review, professional editing, production, and global dissemination of your work.

APC Structure:

  • National Authors (Pakistan): 20,000 PKR

  • International Authors: 85 USD

Important Notes on Fees:

  • Submission is completely free. There are no charges to submit a manuscript for editorial and peer-review consideration.

  • The APC is applicable only upon final acceptance of the article for publication.

APC Waiver Policy

To ensure equitable access to publishing, we offer a full and perfect waiver of the APC for authors who demonstrate genuine financial need. This policy is designed to support researchers from low- and middle-income countries and those without institutional funding. Each waiver request is treated confidentially and evaluated individually.
